The new moon is a sacred moment to turn inward, reconnect with your truth, and plant seeds for what’s ready to grow in the month ahead. I think of it like a moment in the most fertile cosmic womb- where BODY-LED WISDOM, HEART-LED INTENTION, & SPIRIT-LED FOCUS can lead to the birthing of our MOST TRUE unfoldings.
It’s the start of the lunar cycle, inviting us to slow down, soften, and listen to the quiet stirrings of the soul, so we enter the month with aligned focus & soulful action.
This is a time to root into your intentions, longings, and realign with what you’re truly calling in through pure presence.Â
Think of it as a reset for your energy field, your vision, and your connection to the deeper “why” within you.
Each month, this dark moon offers us a doorway into our souls garden, and when we gather together in circle, the magic that blooms multiplies.
