"I feel SO fucking solid in setting boundaries and really honoring and protecting my energy after EE. There was a point in my life (1-2 years ago) where I would experience psychic meltdowns at least once a week and simply felt like I couldn't function.

Now I understand the "why" behind those experiences and that I wasn't going insane, my system was just overwhelmed and even though I had some tools, I wasn't able to access them in that state. My nervous system feels so resilient and empowered now.
