Through live poetic therapy workshops, deep embodiment practices, vocal activation, and ongoing community connection, you’ll be guided into the art of self-expression, the wisdom of your body, and the energetic mastery that allows you to live with clarity, magnetism, and authentic communication.

Inner Bloom Movement is a sacred container for deep transformation, creativity, and community.

By joining, you agree to the following:

You are choosing the 12-Month Commitment – This membership is a 6-month commitment upon entrance to honor the depth of this journey. If you prefer to begin at a 3 month commitment, please return to the link for that. No refunds will be issued—please respect this energetic exchange and the integrity of this space. 

Auto-Payments and Cancellation– Your membership will automatically be billed monthly & if you wish to leave your space in the circle after 6-months, please email us directly to cancel 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. This allows us to open your spot to another woman upon your transition out.

Community Guidelines – Inner Bloom is a space of support, respect, and empowerment. By joining, you agree to uphold a safe and nourishing environment for all members.

I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SIT IN THESE EMBODIED POETRY CIRCLES VIRTUALLY AND IN PERSON. IN EACH CIRCLE, ALEXIS AND MARY HELD THE SPACE FOR ME TO FEEL SAFE, SECURE AND CALLED TO SHARE MY TRUTH. THEY BOTH HAVE SO MUCH WISDOM AND KNOWLEDGE ON THE MODALITIES THEY ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT, YET THEY SHARE THEIR OWN VULNERABILITIES AND INSECURITIES THAT ALLOW THE CIRCLE TO FEEL EVEN AND EQUAL. EACH CIRCLE I HAVE BEEN A PART OF HAS BEEN UNIQUE AND MADE UP OF A VARIETY OF DIFFERENT WOMEN IN DIFFERENT WALKS AND STAGES OF LIFE. I HAVE GAINED STRENGTH, ENLIGHTENMENT, EMPATHY, PASSION AND MORE FROM EACH POEM SHARED. I HAVE FOUND WE ARE ALL SO DIFFERENT YET SHARE SO MANY OF THE SAME EMOTIONS. EACH SESSION I ATTEND, I LEAVE FEELING IN AWE OF THESE WOMEN AND THE POWER THAT POETRY CAN HOLD AND RELEASE. I’VE NEVER CONSIDERED MYSELF A POET, BUT THESE CIRCLES HAVE HELPED ME UNLOCK A PASSION I DIDN’T KNOW I HAD AND A THERAPY I DIDN’T KNOW I NEEDED.
